The SNDi of new construction in Sarapul peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Udmurt which rose steadily and Russia which rose steadily. Most recently, Sarapul's incremental SNDi fell from 4.52 to 4.3 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Sarapul built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Bhinmal fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Shuifu built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. Looking at the full network, Bhinmal and Shuifu both became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards, while Sarapul became progressively more disconnected. Sarapul and Bhinmal have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
