The SNDi of new construction in Сылва followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Perm' which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Russia which rose steadily. Most recently, Сылва's incremental SNDi rose from 4.86 to 6.02 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Сылва ranked 7th out of 7 cities in Perm' and 252nd out of 252 in Russia as of 2020.

In new street additions, Сылва and Qinnan both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Laksar built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Сылва and Qinnan both fluctuated in connectivity, while Laksar became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Сылва had a more connected network than Laksar in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
