The SNDi of new construction in Odintsovo peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Moskva which rose steadily and Russia which rose steadily. Most recently, Odintsovo's incremental SNDi fell from 3.77 to 3.71 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Odintsovo built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Phetchaburi built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Sihor fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Odintsovo and Phetchaburi both became progressively more disconnected, while Sihor fluctuated in connectivity. Odintsovo and Sihor have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
