In new street additions, Minusinsk built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Qikou built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Tuanfeng fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Minusinsk became progressively more disconnected, while Qikou became progressively more connected and Tuanfeng fluctuated in connectivity. Minusinsk and Qikou have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
