In new street additions, Kostroma built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Fula'erji built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Modiin-Maccabim-Reut built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Kostroma became progressively more disconnected, while Fula'erji grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Modiin-Maccabim-Reut became progressively more connected. Notably, Kostroma had a more sprawly network than Fula'erji in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
