What about similarly populated cities?
While Xiangfu and Goianésia both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Chernogorsk built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full network, Chernogorsk and Goianésia both became progressively more disconnected, while Xiangfu grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Chernogorsk and Goianésia have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
