The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Belovo plotted against Kemerovo and Russia. The SNDi of new construction in Belovo followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Kemerovo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Russia which rose steadily. Most recently, Belovo's incremental SNDi rose from 2.86 to 2.94 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Belovo ranked 1st out of 7 cities in Kemerovo and 168th out of 252 in Russia as of 2020.

In new street additions, Belovo and Hinche both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Zuoquan built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Belovo and Hinche both became progressively more disconnected, while Zuoquan grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Belovo had a more sprawly network than Zuoquan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
