The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with 13-й микрорайон plotted against Kemerovo and Russia. The SNDi of new construction in 13-й микрорайон followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Kemerovo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Russia which rose steadily. Most recently, 13-й микрорайон's incremental SNDi rose from 3.53 to 3.55 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, 13-й микрорайон ranked 5th out of 7 cities in Kemerovo and 223rd out of 252 in Russia as of 2020.

For the full network, 13-й микрорайон and Natoma Station both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Daoukro became progressively more disconnected.
