In new street additions, Nazran built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Liuzhi built increasingly connected streets over time and Sakaka fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Nazran became progressively more disconnected, while Liuzhi became progressively more connected and Sakaka grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Nazran had a more connected network than Liuzhi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
