The SNDi of new construction in Biysk followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Altay which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Russia which rose steadily. Most recently, Biysk's incremental SNDi rose from 3.65 to 5.34 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Biysk fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Puerto Cabello built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Dzerzhinsk built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
