In new street additions, Suwałki built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Hisua fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Mahendragarh built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Suwałki and Mahendragarh both became progressively more disconnected, while Hisua became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Suwałki had a more sprawly network than Mahendragarh in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
