The SNDi of new construction in Opole followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Opolskie which rose steadily and Poland which rose steadily. Most recently, Opole's incremental SNDi rose from 2.86 to 3.83 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Opole and Vishunpur both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Shorkot fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Opole became progressively more disconnected, while Vishunpur grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Shorkot became progressively more connected. Opole and Shorkot have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
