The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Włocławek plotted against Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Poland. The SNDi of new construction in Włocławek followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Kujawsko-Pomorskie which rose steadily and Poland which rose steadily. Most recently, Włocławek's incremental SNDi rose from 2.15 to 2.42 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Włocławek ranked 4th out of 5 cities in Kujawsko-Pomorskie and 12th out of 63 in Poland as of 2020.

In new street additions, Włocławek fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Kamanyola built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Chonnae built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Włocławek and Kamanyola both became progressively more disconnected, while Chonnae became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Włocławek had a more sprawly network than Kamanyola in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
