The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Wrocław plotted against Dolnośląskie and Poland. The SNDi of new construction in Wrocław followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Dolnośląskie which rose steadily and Poland which rose steadily. Most recently, Wrocław's incremental SNDi rose from 1.96 to 2.53 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Wrocław ranked 1st out of 4 cities in Dolnośląskie and 2nd out of 63 in Poland as of 2020.

In new street additions, Wrocław and Al-Ubayyid both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Samsun built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend. Wrocław and Samsun have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
