The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Jolo plotted against Sulu and Philippines. The SNDi of new construction in Jolo followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Sulu which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Philippines which rose steadily. Most recently, Jolo's incremental SNDi rose from 3.86 to 4.83 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Jolo ranked 1st out of 1 cities in Sulu and 17th out of 114 in Philippines as of 2020.
