In new street additions, Rosales built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Korem built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Sheki built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Rosales and Korem both became progressively more disconnected, while Sheki grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Rosales had a more connected network than Sheki in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
