In new street additions, Cotabato City built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Dibrugarh built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Wendeng fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Cotabato City and Dibrugarh both became progressively more disconnected, while Wendeng fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Cotabato City had a more connected network than Dibrugarh in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
