The SNDi of new construction in Iriga followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Camarines Sur which was at its lowest in 1976-1990 and Philippines which rose steadily. In new street additions, Iriga fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Blitta-Gare built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Melandaha built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Iriga fluctuated in connectivity, while Blitta-Gare became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards and Melandaha became progressively more disconnected.
