In new street additions, Tuguegarao and Badkulla both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Sukchon fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Tuguegarao and Badkulla both became progressively more disconnected, while Sukchon grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Tuguegarao had a more connected network than Sukchon in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
