What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Tagbilaran built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Nagda fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Mihtarlam built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. Looking at the full network, Nagda and Mihtarlam both became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards, while Tagbilaran became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Tagbilaran had a more connected network than Nagda in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
