In new street additions, Bayugan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Muri fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Xinglong built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Bayugan and Xinglong both became progressively more disconnected, while Muri fluctuated in connectivity. Bayugan and Muri have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
