The SNDi of new construction in Puno rose steadily, while Peru followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Puno's incremental SNDi rose from 2.25 to 2.93 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Puno ranked 14th out of 43 in Peru as of 2020.
