What about similarly populated cities?
While Jinwan and Kunri both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Villarrica built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full network, Villarrica and Kunri both became progressively more disconnected, while Jinwan grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Villarrica had a more sprawly network than Kunri in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
