In new street additions, Kandiaro and Calbayog both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Huating fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Kandiaro grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Huating fluctuated in connectivity and Calbayog became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Kandiaro had a more sprawly network than Calbayog in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
