The SNDi of new construction in Jacobabad peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Sindh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Pakistan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Jacobabad built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Isesaki fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Dere built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Isesaki and Dere both became progressively more disconnected, while Jacobabad grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Jacobabad and Isesaki have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
