The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Gambat plotted against Sindh and Pakistan. The SNDi of new construction in Gambat followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Sindh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Pakistan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Gambat's incremental SNDi fell from 3.84 to 3.46 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Gambat ranked 29th out of 50 cities in Sindh and 103rd out of 292 in Pakistan as of 2020.

In new street additions, Gambat fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Ushuaia built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Mayang built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Gambat fluctuated in connectivity, while Ushuaia became progressively more disconnected and Mayang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Gambat and Ushuaia have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
