The SNDi of new construction in Pindi Bhattian peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Punjab which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Pakistan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Pindi Bhattian's incremental SNDi fell from 3.15 to 3.15 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Pindi Bhattian built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Rajouri fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Meishan built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Pindi Bhattian became progressively more disconnected, while Rajouri fluctuated in connectivity and Meishan became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Pindi Bhattian and Rajouri have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
