In new street additions, Phool Nagar fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Hangkongjidi built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Balakovo built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Phool Nagar and Hangkongjidi both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Balakovo became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Phool Nagar had a more connected network than Hangkongjidi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
