The SNDi of new construction in Wari followed a zig-zag trend, compared to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Pakistan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In terms of the aggregate network, Wari ranked 61st out of 67 cities in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and 282nd out of 292 in Pakistan as of 2020.

In new street additions, Wari fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Pakri built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Abilene built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Pakri and Abilene both became progressively more disconnected, while Wari fluctuated in connectivity.
