What about similarly populated cities?
While Uttaradit and Votuporanga both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, Khwazakhela fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. Looking at the full network, Uttaradit and Votuporanga both became progressively more disconnected, while Khwazakhela fluctuated in connectivity. Khwazakhela and Uttaradit have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
