In new street additions, Oslo and Vellore both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Karbala fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Oslo and Vellore both became progressively more disconnected, while Karbala fluctuated in connectivity. Oslo and Karbala have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
