The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with 재동로동자구 plotted against P'yŏngan-namdo and North Korea. The SNDi of new construction in 재동로동자구 rose steadily, compared to P'yŏngan-namdo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and North Korea which peaked in 1976-1990. Most recently, 재동로동자구's incremental SNDi rose from 5.32 to 11.05 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020.
