While Hamgyŏng-namdo and North Korea both peaked in 1976-1990, Sinhung's new street additions peaked in 1976-1990. In new street additions, Sinhung and Qinggang both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Frameries built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Qinggang and Frameries both became progressively more disconnected, while Sinhung grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
