What about similarly populated cities?
While North Lakes and Rudauli both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, Eruwa fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. Looking at the full network, North Lakes and Rudauli both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Eruwa became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Eruwa had a more sprawly network than Rudauli in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
