The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Ipetumodu plotted against Osun and Nigeria. The SNDi of new construction in Ipetumodu rose steadily, compared to Osun which rose steadily and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Ipetumodu's incremental SNDi rose from 4.53 to 6.13 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Ipetumodu ranked 14th out of 19 cities in Osun and 328th out of 422 in Nigeria as of 2020.

In new street additions, Ipetumodu built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Bhagwanpur built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Manga fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Ipetumodu and Manga both became progressively more disconnected, while Bhagwanpur became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Ipetumodu and Manga have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
