The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Ipetu Ijesha plotted against Osun and Nigeria. The SNDi of new construction in Ipetu Ijesha rose steadily, compared to Osun which rose steadily and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Ipetu Ijesha's incremental SNDi rose from 5.27 to 7.01 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Ipetu Ijesha and Pénjamo both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Habil al Jazi` fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Ipetu Ijesha and Pénjamo both became progressively more disconnected, while Habil al Jazi` grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Ipetu Ijesha had a more connected network than Pénjamo in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
