The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Igbara-Oke plotted against Ondo and Nigeria. The SNDi of new construction in Igbara-Oke rose steadily, compared to Ondo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Igbara-Oke's incremental SNDi rose from 4.03 to 4.76 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Igbara-Oke ranked 4th out of 17 cities in Ondo and 172nd out of 422 in Nigeria as of 2020.

In new street additions, Igbara-Oke built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Hoskote built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Dongola built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Igbara-Oke and Dongola both became progressively more disconnected, while Hoskote became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Igbara-Oke and Dongola have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
