The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Ago-Iwoye plotted against Ogun and Nigeria. The SNDi of new construction in Ago-Iwoye rose steadily, compared to Ogun which rose steadily and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Ago-Iwoye's incremental SNDi rose from 4.3 to 5.75 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Ago-Iwoye ranked 10th out of 16 cities in Ogun and 275th out of 422 in Nigeria as of 2020.

In new street additions, Ago-Iwoye and Fik' both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Neem Ka Thana built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Ago-Iwoye became progressively more disconnected, while Neem Ka Thana became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and Fik' fluctuated in connectivity. Ago-Iwoye and Neem Ka Thana have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
