In new street additions, Mokwa and Vitória de Santo Antão both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Exeter built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Looking at the full network, Vitória de Santo Antão and Exeter both became progressively more disconnected, while Mokwa fluctuated in connectivity.
