The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Patani plotted against Delta and Nigeria. The SNDi of new construction in Patani rose steadily, compared to Delta which rose steadily and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Patani's incremental SNDi rose from 3.23 to 4.04 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Patani ranked 6th out of 20 cities in Delta and 223rd out of 422 in Nigeria as of 2020.

In new street additions, Patani and M'Daourouch both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Meybod fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Patani and M'Daourouch both became progressively more disconnected, while Meybod fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Patani had a more connected network than Meybod in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
