The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Ogharefe plotted against Delta and Nigeria. While Delta and Nigeria both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Ogharefe's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Ogharefe's incremental SNDi rose from 3.19 to 3.8 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Ogharefe ranked 7th out of 20 cities in Delta and 229th out of 422 in Nigeria as of 2020.

In new street additions, Ogharefe and Hlegu both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Phalia built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Ogharefe and Hlegu both became progressively more disconnected, while Phalia became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Ogharefe had a more connected network than Phalia in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
