All three follow the same trend in new construction, suggesting a shared regional pattern of development. Most recently, Ugba's incremental SNDi rose from 1.88 to 2.97 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. While Lower Hutt and Rosario both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, Ugba fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. Looking at the full network, Lower Hutt and Rosario both became progressively more disconnected, while Ugba fluctuated in connectivity. Ugba and Rosario have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
