The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Tungan Fulani plotted against Bauchi and Nigeria. The SNDi of new construction in Tungan Fulani rose steadily, compared to Bauchi which rose steadily and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Tungan Fulani's incremental SNDi rose from 4.2 to 6.31 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Tungan Fulani ranked 12th out of 13 cities in Bauchi and 378th out of 422 in Nigeria as of 2020.

In new street additions, Tungan Fulani and Hennigsdorf both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Antsirabe fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Tungan Fulani and Hennigsdorf both became progressively more disconnected, while Antsirabe fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Tungan Fulani had a more connected network than Hennigsdorf in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
