The SNDi of new construction in Okoroete peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Akwa Ibom which rose steadily and Nigeria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Okoroete's incremental SNDi fell from 12.99 to 8.31 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Okoroete built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Sabuwar Abuja fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Dushanzi built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Okoroete became progressively more disconnected, while Sabuwar Abuja became progressively more connected and Dushanzi grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Okoroete and Sabuwar Abuja have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
