What about similarly populated cities?
While Oldenburg and Funan both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, Tessaoua fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. For the full network, Tessaoua and Oldenburg both became progressively more disconnected, while Funan grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Tessaoua had a more sprawly network than Funan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
