The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Dakoro plotted against Maradi and Niger. The SNDi of new construction in Dakoro followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Maradi which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Niger which rose steadily. For the full network, Dakoro fluctuated in connectivity, while Bajoga grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Polegate became progressively more disconnected. Dakoro and Bajoga have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
