The SNDi of new construction in Okkan followed a zig-zag trend, compared to Yangon which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Myanmar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In terms of the aggregate network, Okkan ranked 3rd out of 13 cities in Yangon and 39th out of 113 in Myanmar as of 2020.
