All three follow the same trend in new construction, suggesting a shared regional pattern of development. Most recently, Kyauktan's incremental SNDi rose from 2.71 to 5.05 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Kyauktan ranked 4th out of 13 cities in Yangon and 47th out of 113 in Myanmar as of 2020.

Looking at the full network, Sabanalarga and Wenago both became progressively more disconnected, while Kyauktan fluctuated in connectivity.
