The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Chauk plotted against Magway and Myanmar. The SNDi of new construction in Chauk peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Magway which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Myanmar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Chauk's incremental SNDi fell from 7.33 to 7.33 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Chauk and Kutkai both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Sioux Falls built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Chauk and Sioux Falls both became progressively more disconnected, while Kutkai grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
