The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Mogaung plotted against Kachin and Myanmar. The SNDi of new construction in Mogaung peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Kachin which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Myanmar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Mogaung's incremental SNDi fell from 12.48 to 8.4 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Mogaung ranked 7th out of 7 cities in Kachin and 104th out of 113 in Myanmar as of 2020.

In new street additions, Mogaung built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Puerto Francisco de Orellana built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Azul fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Mogaung and Azul both became progressively more disconnected, while Puerto Francisco de Orellana grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Mogaung and Puerto Francisco de Orellana have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
